These are not major items of concern for us considering the audience the board is targeted at, but additional memory sub-timing options would have been appreciated as the performance of the board is below that of the ASRock due to memory performance.

Yes Intel fatalihy their primary competitor but by not producing fwtality igp chipset for intel based processors, they are cutting themselves out of a big market.

I’m sure they’d probably make more money marketing it as a HTPC product. I don’t know how much use this is but it is a nice touch. Set up a fully fledged high definition home theater system with true digital HDTV in i resolution.

The only other item we feel is missing from this board is a Firewire port, considering this board was designed with the media centric user in mind. The package that abit have included in with the FHD is protected by a rather smart box that took me a minute or so to figure out how to open old age ey?! I think the most impressive part is the letter from Wendell!

However, abit had some initial quality issues with the board that marred the launch and they have not kept f-19hd with BIOS updates.
